    Eventspiration was founded in 2011 by Colette Bloom and Rachel Dugmore, united by their passion and energy to develop the most unique and creative concepts to ensure your event is always the envy of others.
    As a boutique agency we are committed to providing a personal and intimate service at every stage, building long-term relationships with our clients. Above all we show complete dedication to exceeding expectations on every event, drawing on our 20 years of combined experience in the industry, and working side-by-side with you to ensure flawless results.
  • Colette Bloom
    Director & Co-founder
    Colette graduated from Exeter university with a degree in Drama and Music and having performed in many piano concerts and plays she became drawn to the idea of having another creative outlet, one that would use her imagination, her love of building great relationships with clients and her eye for perfection…so she embraced the world of events and started her career as an Events Manager for the National Youth Theatre.

    10 years on and her love for events only keeps ‘blooming’! Great events are like the next best cocktail, you must bring the most flavoursome ingredients and creative flair to make it just right, nothing is more rewarding than getting it spot on for a client - after all - “creativity is contagious, pass it on!” Albert Einstein
  • Rachel Dugmore
    Director & Co-founder
    Rachel’s love for events started at the ripe old age of 8 when she was given the momentous task of organising her younger siblings birthday parties!

    After graduating with a first class honours degree in Events Management at the age of 22, Rachel moved from the dark lights of Wakefield to the bright lights of London to progress her career in Events Management.

    From the glitz and glamour of red carpet film premiers through to large scale conferences for international brands, Rachel has worked on some very high profile and exclusive events.

    Rachel loves a festival and is in her element rocking out in her dancing welly's at Glastonbury!
  • Carly Barantini
    Head Of Entertainment
    Carly started her career dancing with the stars including Pharrell Williams, Jesse J and Take That! She has years of experience in TV, Film, Print and Theatre giving her first hand knowledge of the fast paced and competitive entertainment industry which she knows like the back of her jazz hand!

    After the Brits, X Factor and travelling the world on various jobs, a career in events was an obvious move. Carly followed her love of dreaming up and creating some amazing parties, from the Zoo Project at One Marylebone through to Alice In Wonderland at the Anthologist she has worked with a whole host of clients from Pret a Manger through to Rightmove! She loves nothing more than using her entertainment experience to create unique, immersive events which provide the real wow factor for our clients and she is completely in her element with a clip board and a headset - they don't call her 'Monica' for nothing!!
  • Alex Ellwood
    Business Development Manager
    Alex is from the sunny seaside town of Felixstowe and has moved to the big smoke to deliver his passion for events management (he likes a good party)!

    Alex has great experience in the sales industry working with different brands and industries in the UK and in Australia. Travailing the world has given Alex plenty of life experience and he has attended many events over the globe, which is when he knew he wanted to be involved in events.

    Alex is very competitive and wants to be the best of the best in the events industry, The competitive side comes from his football background playing in the Thurlow Nunn league with local town team Felixstowe and Walton winning many leagues and cups and even getting to play in the F.A cup!
  • Ellie Leaning
    Events Assistant
    Ellie is a Business and Events Management student from Hertfordshire university, currently on her work placement year.

    Her love of organisation stemmed from a very early age. Making lists and organisation became a passion, there’s nothing quite like ticking something off a to-do list! She also has a love of public speaking and gets such a buzz from pitching, presenting and speeches.

    Her love of organisation developed into a love of events when she was appointed Head Girl in secondary school, where organising the school prom and leavers assembly ignited her love for events, and as they say the rest is history!

    Ellie is always up for a challenge and has completed a 100 mile walk across Scotland for charity, as well as a “Tough Mudder” extreme obstacle course and Half Marathon to name just a few! Whatever the challenge may be, Ellie’s moto is BRING IT ON!

    Gorgeous George has been an integral part of the team for a while now. Apart from major cuddles he is also pretty good with a spreadsheet too...

    He is often on hand (or paw) with inspiration and creative ideas adding a new perspective to all our events!
